The problem with Goodreads
Hello, if you're a reader like me, you heard about the website, Goodreads. Goodreads is a social media website for readers to connect with like-minded people and keep track of their reading. It sounds like a wonderful place for readers like me, But unfortunately, Goodreads is becoming a mess. Maris Kriezman, described Goodreads an “unreliable, unmanageable, near-unnavigable morass of unreliable data and unfettered ill will” in her essay for the New York Times. While that sounds a bit harsh, I believe she makes a good point.

Hello, everybody. How is 2024 going? How was 2023?
There was a lot of news that happened in 2023, especially in the book and library world. One of the big news is the Internet Archive currently facing a lawsuit from the different big book publishers. While this is old news, it is important to keep this issue in the spotlight because the lawsuit can negatively affect libraries and you, the reader of this blog.

An Introduction Post
Greetings. Good Morning and Good Afternoon.
Welcome to my blog.
This is a reboot of my previous blog. I had started up some blogs in the past. However, I unfortunately have to discontinue them for various reasons, such as burn out. Not to mention, the UI for some other websites is a bit wonky. I found Blogger simple to use. Hopefully, that allows me to be more active.
My username is r0seheart. And you can find me on these websites.
As for the stuff, I'm going to cover on this blog. Well, it will be a mix of stuff I enjoy, such as anime and manga to list a few things.
